  • Which platforms do you manage?

    We currently manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Your strategy and content plan will be customized to focus on the platforms that make the most sense for your brand and audience.

  • How many posts are typically included?

    Our packages start at 2–4 posts per week and can be scaled based on your goals. We’ll help you determine the right posting frequency to keep your audience engaged without overwhelming your feed (or your schedule).

  • Will I get to review content before it’s posted?

    Always. We use Gain to upload all of your content in advance, so you have time to review, comment, and approve everything before it goes live. No surprises — just strategy and structure.

  • Do you create the content, or do I need to provide it?

    We collaborate with you to develop content themes and direction, then take it from there — handling the strategy, writing, and graphic design. If your brand relies on video or original photography, we’ll guide you on what to capture and when. Need help with visuals? We can connect you with trusted creatives in your area, or step in directly if you're local to Utah. You're never left guessing — we’ve got you.

  • Do you handle captions, hashtags, and posting?

    Yes! We take care of the full process — from writing SEO-optimized captions and researching hashtags to scheduling and optimizing each post. Everything is aligned with your brand voice, content goals, and marketing strategy — so you can stay hands-off and still show up like a pro.

  • Do you manage DMs and comments?

    It depends on your setup. We offer support for DM automations and light comment moderation, but since social media often crosses into customer service, your internal team may need to handle detailed inquiries, scheduling, or sensitive conversations. Most of our clients prefer to keep inbox and comment management in-house, while we focus on keeping your content strategic and consistent.

Your content is uploaded to Gain, our client-friendly approval tool, so you can easily review, give feedback, and approve posts before they go live. You stay involved — without having to manage every detail.

Once approved, we take care of all scheduling and posting. We also optimize your profiles, track performance, and refine your content over time — so your social media keeps evolving alongside your business.
